Abstract
To provide the opportunity for all students to obtain a successful and profitable experience in career education, the Milwaukee Area Technical College has established two auto-tutorial classes as part of the curriculum in the Associate Degree Nursing Program. The current emphasis on individual differences in abilities and skills as well as in modalities of acquiring information, plus the introduction of more sophisticated technology and hardware into the career education field, makes it imperative to discover whether there is any way of predicting which students will find most success in an auto-tutorial class and which ones will benefit most in a traditional classroom setting.
