Abstract

Within the educational milieu, it is accepted that audiovisual materials, carefully selected and skillfully used, enhance the learning process. Whether these audiovisual materials are used in a traditional setting to extend and enrich learning experiences beyond the textbook or they are used as a major innovative strategy to provide the learning experiences, the learning process takes place within the individual. As an inherent, personal process, learning must be done by the learner.
