Abstract

The purpose of this study has been to survey the proceedings and accomplishments of the organization known as The Washington Park High Community Council from its' inception in the fall of 1949 to the spring of 1951 in order to make appropriate recommendation to insure its' continued success and usefulness to the school and community which it serves.
