Abstract
The materials in this handbook were compiled over the past one and one-half years through the efforts of Elliot Kramsky, Adaptive Physical Education Instructor. It is our hope at this handbook will serve as a beginning in the development and coordination of an effective program for children with special needs in the Kenosha Unified District Schools.
