Abstract
"Are we in?" ponders the school administrator reflectively as he keeps his ear to the ground of educational trends. The newest of these trends,"team teaching", is a familiar term in the language of educators. This method of organizational structure is receiving recognition today as a great boon to education. "Everything that is new", the administrator notes, "is not necessarily better, but, since growth is change, and this change must be healthy, what is this team teaching, what have educators to say about it, and what light does research throw on it?"
