Abstract

During the past few years, our cities have been hit with violence and unrest. The roots of' this violence and unrest can perhaps be related to unemployment and unequal opportunity, in that, those individuals having no jobs in our affluent society have lashed out in anger and frustration. This has led to racial unrest, violence and the unemployment of these individuals who have inadequate education.
