Abstract
Among the annoying problems that harass the modern teacher is the subject of "Homework" as traditionally understood, since, in the old-fashioned page assignment type, boys and girls were required to cram or cover pages and pages of uninteresting text book material which ha.d no relation, or very little, to actual life. With education taking on a more practical motivating appearance, the task of handling the "bug-bear" of homework becomes more trying, indeed, unless stimulating assignments be provided from the viewpoint of pupil interest and appreciation.
