Abstract
Recently there has been a flury of activity within our schools concerning areas of teacher welfare. This includes such things as salary, class loads, and fringe benefits. While the teachers are receiving much attention from school administration, there is another area of school keeping which has received less study. This is the area of custodial welfare, and current practices affecting the custodial position.
