Abstract
Increased workloads ... excessive paperwork ... and shortages of office help. These are statements heard today in schools and businesses. Office productivity is of great importance to people who work in the field of education. Inefficient procedures and inefficient equipment can be costly. One of the problems today is how to cope with large and increasing volumes of paperwork. In the educational office, it appears that workloads for secretarial staffs are increasing while budgets are decreasing . Word processing can significantly change this process.
