Abstract
The central problem of this study was the development of basic constructive ideas with regard to the improvement of the holding power of Saint Joan Antida High School, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The principal aim of the investigator was to analyze the factors involved in the determination of some students to withdraw from secondary school before graduating -- with a view towards isolating the most important and necessary factors for the consideration of the school personnel concerned with the intellectual, moral and social perfection of the youth committed to their care.
