Abstract

Are educators meeting the needs of the pupils, parents, and teachers in reporting pupil progress to the parents? In approaching any problem related to children, both the parents and teachers must ask themselves, "Is what we are doing in the best interest of the children?" What are these best interests? What is the role of the report card in the child's development?
