Abstract

The elementary school principalship has developed into a position of great responsibility during the last few decades. Many influences have been combined to broaden the scope of the principal's imagination. One important influence, the changing concept of school administration, has placed a high degree of authority and added responsibility in the hands of the elementary principal.
