Abstract
Since the good of the student can best be achieved only when he is satisfied and happy in the school situation, the administration must give consideration to those elements of school life which will contribute most to the achievement of such satisfaction and content. It is true that the student will not always like and will not always choose that which would be best for him, but no one can know better than he what he likes to do and under what circumstances he is happy. To give a student an opportunity to express his likes and dislikes, his opinions about the various phases of school life is to give him a feeling of importance, a feeling of being a part of the organization rather than just a spectator.
