Abstract

The solution of physical problems requires the study of the state of a particular system of stochastic variables at an instant of time and the changes in the system with respect to time. This calls for a knowledge of the change in the system and the cause of the change. Herein, those physical changes that may be described by linear analysis, that is by systems of first order differential equations are examined, where the variates are stochastic.
