Abstract

Does collective bargaining cause any significant changes in the educational structure of a city, or do changes which have occurred· in the system cause the advent and acceptance of collective bargaining? Essentially, this is the question I seek to answer. Through an examination of various sub-groups and their relationship with collective bargaining, I hope to arrive at some conclusions.
