Abstract
In this work-a-day world of hippies and psychedelic art, of sit in' s and walk out's, of high school unrest and a search for world peace, · of Watergate scandals and unstable National economy, the American school system - public and private - is faced with the critical problem of becoming real, relevant and alive for its students. "Like a kaleidoscope run wild" 1 cultural changes are occuring more rapidly than can be digested by the masses. Our schools are indeed caught in the age of "future shock".
