Abstract
In 1968, Dr. Douglas Brown, Superintendent of the Shorewood Public Schools , Wisconsin, formed a Human Relations Committee of teachers , parents, and students, to help slant curriculum and instruction in the schools toward certain human relations goals and to determine specifically what these goals would be . The present investigator has served continually on this committee since its inception and is still doing so . The objectives have been determined . The need was felt for a curricular outline to carry them out .
