Abstract

Mass media exert a great influence on modern living. Not only do they consume a large amount of time in the average person's day, but they also influence what he thinks, buys, eats, and wears. It is almost impossible for the average person in today's society to go through a day without coming in contact with at least one form of mass media. This study is an attempt to solicit and report on the thinking and feelings of a small group of pre-adolescents about mass media.
