Abstract

The problem around which this study revolves, concerns the effect of various factors on an average preferred yield rate. An attempt is made to isolate the effect of each of these factors in order to discover its influence, if any, and the amplitude of change it causes. Although the information necessary to do a complete study is not available, it is the writer's hope that this study will shed some light on the problem.
