Abstract
My purpose in this essay will be to give some sort of an analysis of what one finds in Bultmann's various writings dealing with the divinity of Christ as found in scripture. Since the author has no major work devoted entirely to this area, our main source will be text taken from his Theology of the New Testament and his essay, "The Christological Confession of the World Council to Churches" as found in his book Essays Philosophical and Theological. The former has some ten or eleven pages dealing with this subject, while the latter is devoted almost in its entirety to this area.
