Abstract
Stress has emerged as one of the leading problems confronting man. This essay examines the literature to determine which situations or stress are compensated through Wisconsin Worker's Compensation funds. Emphasis will be placed on clarifying criteria involved when reviewing stress-related claims. There will also be an evaluation and expansion of stress-prevention strategies. The job stress is both an individual issue and a major concern of management today. Hopefully this essay will help put both in perspective.
