Abstract
Meetings and conventions of the American Camping Association and the Wisconsin Camping Association have recently shown a tendency to include programs emphasizing suitable activities at camp and public relations. The Camping Magazine also runs repeated articles on these topics, yet all discussion and writing seems to be based on opinion rather than on research. This problem is of direct professional and financial significance to the writer as an owner and director of a summer camp for children, and the problem is further complicated by the uniqueness of his camp due to the unusual age range of three years to eight years.
