The Department of Physics provides students with the opportunity to “participate in learning and scholarship with the guidance of the faculty.” The goal is to equip graduates of the program with incredibly valuable experience that they can take with them to graduate school or the workplace. Undergraduate students are able to major in physics while concentrating on: pre-medicine/pre-dentistry, physics in medicine or research, or mathematical physics.
