Abstract
Convict criminology is a theoretical perspective in criminology and a collective of affiliated authors. Ex-convict professors that merge their first-hand experience with prisons with their academic training to conduct research and publish together lead the group. First organized in the United States, the “convict criminology group” now includes members from many other countries.
