Abstract
High school debating in the state of Wisconsin is enjoying a resurgence of popularity. More and more schools are participating in the invitational tournaments throughout the state preparing for the final state Wisconsin High school Forensic Association meet held in Madison each year. Along with increased participation in established tournaments come new and important host schools which help create an extended debate season. With the ever increasing number of schools, coaches and teams seeking debate experience in these tournaments, comes the ever increasing problems associated with debate. This thesis will attempt to establish the complexities of these problems and offer solutions to them.
