Abstract
I was interested in this study for very practical reasons. This study served as a benchmark to determine the success of the Cooperative Extension Public Information Office. Created around 1992, this thesis is the first formal study of our delivery system: using local agents in counties as gatekeepers to help with media work. This study will be used to determine if we need to make changes to our current system. The study surveys Cooperative Extension agents about their survey use.
