Abstract
The present investigation is a comparative study of both activations and inhibitions brought about by various groups of organic and inorganic compounds. Commercial edible fats are used as substrates for all determinations, and Pancreatic Lipase, compounded by the Phanstiehl Laboratories, is the acting enzyme.
