Abstract
The research presented in this paper is an analysis of changes in the specific activity of the hydrolytic enzyme beta-glucuronidase, in developing limbs of three to six-day chick embryos, with emphasis on the possible involvement of this enzyme in normal patterns of morphogenetic cell death.
