Abstract

Solutions of the steady laminar boundary layer equations for a continuously moving surface with suction or blowing are obtained in this thesis. A numerical technique is used to obtain these solutions. The effect of the flow parameters on the velocity distributions and the shear stress at the boundary are presented and discussed.
