Chapter III contains a brief summary of behavioral theories which may be applicable in arriving at a solution. Chapter IV sets forth the objectives based on the analysis in Chapters I, II, and III. Chapter V sets forth the methodology to achieve the objectives of the program. Chapter VI is a brief synopsis of a program initiated in a manufacturing company to test the methodology. Chapter VII contains the evaluation of the test along with conclusions and recommendations.
