Abstract
The purpose of this project is to aid the spinal fusion research community by advancing the knowledge of bone graft substitutes in posterolateral lumbar spine fusion. This purpose will be realized by accomplishing two goals. The first goal is to evaluate the osteocompatibility of the CRM. The second goal is co evaluate the efficacy of the CRM and rhBMP-2 spinal fusion device in an uninstrumented ovine posterolateral intertransverse process lumbar spinal fusion model.
