Abstract

The purpose of this thesis and the work included is to report the observation of current saturation and current oscillations phenomena occurring with high-resistivity, n-type; non-ohmic GaAs devices. The saturation and oscillation phenomena and the behavior of some non-oscillating devices are characterized in some detail.
