Abstract
The experimental investigations of the magneto optic effect of Acrylic Plastic is presented. It is shown that Acrylic Plastic has a Faraday type magneto-optic property with non-reciprocal field dependent characteristic. The resultant values of the material parameter, which is known as the Verdet constant at given temperature and frequency, of Acrylic Plastic samples are comparable with known diamagnetic glasses.
