Abstract
This research compares two methods of soldering and their effect on stainless steel wires. The effect of these soldering methods on the properties of yield point, breaking strength, modulus of elasticity, and percentage of elongation of stainless steel wires will be compared. In addition, metallographic examinations will be made to determine if the stainless steel wire's microstructure is altered by either soldering technique.
