Abstract
The purpose of this research is compare shear bond strengths using two different self-etching methods and a conventional two step method (control) on brackets bonded to extracted human premolars five minutes and twenty-four hours after light curing. These three products will be compared in shear strength performance using a shear testing machine. After each bracket is sheared off an analys is will be performed looking at the location and degree of debond with the tooth and bracket using digital light microscopy.
