Abstract
The purpose of this investigation is to record the movements of the mandible between certain reproducible positions; to compare the movements recorded on a sample of subjects with excellent dentitions with those subjects manifesting signs of Temporomandibular Joint dysfunction; and to spacially locate those positions relative to the Temporomandibular Joints by the use of lateral cephalometric roentgenograms.
