Abstract

This study was undertaken to evaluate the effectiveness of a resorbable root filling material in the treatment of non-vital primary teeth. An attempt was made to investigate not only the possible beneficial effects of the material in the resolution of associated pathology, but also to observe any deleterious consequences such as internal resorption and pathological root resorption that may occur.
