Abstract
Cervical headgear is a very useful appliance in treating Class II Division 1 malocclusions. The purpose of this study is to evaluate, cephalometrically, the effect of cervical headgear on the soft-tissue profile before and during cervical headgear treatment, and to compare the results with those of a nontreated control group.
