Abstract
The dielectric properties of rutile have been of interest to severail-15 investigators. Accordingly, several different models for the dielectric relaxation occuring in the radio frequency range have been proposed. The purpose or this investigation is to obtain additional data on the relaxation process and to attempt to correlate this data with the proposed models in order to establish the correct model.
