Abstract
The executive quarters of large corporations, the offices of prominent lawyers and doctors, are always situated in the main business districts of modern large cities. Their places of business must all be central, in order to facilitate intercourse with those with whom they do business. Hence we find in every large city sections where land is very valuable, and high buildings are necessary to develop a fair return from the property.
High buildings aside from the economic advantages to the owner of the lot, are very beneficial to the community through the greater concentration of business affected.
