Abstract
The purpose of this investigation is to determine the nature and degree of longitudinal skeletal and dental changes, as indicated by periodic cephalometric analysis, following surgical correction of mandibular prognathism. This study also intends to discern any difference in stability between those patients who received orthodontic treatment in conjunction with surgery, and those who received surgical treatment only.
