Abstract
Hexadimethrine bromide is now known to be toxic when administered in high doses. The important lesions are described in the kidneys, adrenal cortex and anterior pituitary. The present work is undertaken to study the lesions produced in the Holtzman strain of rats, the modifying effect of certain drugs like protamine sulphate and histamine and to study the regeneration process of renal tubular epithelium and adrenal cortex.
