Abstract
The exact variation in size of the myoneural junction in relation to the diameter of the fiber on which that junction occurs has never been statistically observed and presented. The biometric investigation of the observations are necessarily presented in tabular form which are so captioned as to be self-explanatory. 'Since this is an original study the bibliography 1s necessarily limited to the work done on the myoneural junction by Dr. E. J. Carey. This study will attempt to substantiate the claims of pleomorphism of the myoneural junction due to functional ameboidism.
