Abstract

This thesis attempts to estimate the influence of the American Press in creating public opinion in favor of America's entrance into the World Court. Public opinion is an intangible something that is not easily measured according to any hard and fast rule. Still, the fact remains, it is an important power in determining the course of the ship of state.
