Abstract
The object of this paper is to establish the fact that propaganda has a psychological basis, in so far as it aims to sway the mind through the emotional faculties and depends upon suggestion and prejudice for its successful operation. In treating the subject from this standpoint we will find it expedient to describe the methods of propaganda and advert to its importance and influence as one of the most forceful agencies at work ln the world to-day.
