Abstract
To those who have experienced beauty in its various phases, there is no doubt as to the worth of art education. Years ago, however, during the early years of our history, when men's thoughts were concerned chiefly about their economic ideas of living, little or no thought was given to art at all. As time progresses, leisure is added, little by little, to man's program of living. He, therefore, begins to turn his thoughts toward art.
