Abstract
There is always occasion for stressing the necessity of more physical exercise and recreation, especially of the kind that makes for developing body and mind alike. In these pages the compiler endeavors to show that ’’the old order changeth,” because life continually grows more complex, and an ever-increasing number of people seek the cities in order to make their homes there. Methods must change with changing times, and pro¬ vision must be made for the healthful recreation of the masses.
