Abstract
Since the discovery of celluloid by Hyatt, industry has appreciated the inherent toughness of compositions containing cellulose derivatives.
Ethylcellulose, one of the newest of these derivatives, has been widely used and investigated in the last few years because or its extraordinary properties which are unavailable in any other single cellulose derivative.
