Abstract
The author wishes to take the reader back with him to the Golden Age of the Roman Empire during the reign of Augustus Caesar, where he shall see the young Emperor rise, in the face of strong opposition, from a student and soldier weak in body but strong in mind to one of the ten greatest emperors of all time.
