Abstract
In the following pages I am going to try to trace the advancement of England through feudalism which eventually placed her in foremost rank in civilized nations.
No solution, I believe, can be made of the problems presented by history ever be complete until the knowledge of man is better known, Possibly a good definition of the history of man would be as Dr. A. F. Pollard, Professor of English History in the University of London would state, ’’Change has been, and is, the breath of our existence and the condition of our growth.”
